SHIPPING & RETURNS
At FIKA HAUTE, we strive to ensure your product arrives as quickly and safely as possible. Each order is handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.
1. Processing Times

Standard Orders: Although we aim to ship the following business day after your order, please allow 1–3 business days.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the following business day.
2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.
1. The 7-Day Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

In their original, unused condition.

Accompanied by all original packaging and tags.

Free from any signs of wear, scents, or alterations.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, the following items are Final Sale:

Customized or personalized orders.

Gift cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email our concierge team at admin@fikahaute.nz with your order number.

Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

Pack & Ship: Securely package the items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone. If approved, your refund will be processed and you should recieve this payment within 5–10 business days.
Please Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and evidence of the damage so we can prioritize a replacement or a full refund for you immediately.
